For the last twenty years I have enjoyed almost every phase of real estate, including sales, personal investing and management. Creating a new adventure in advertising and marketing as an art form has always intrigued me. Being a trend setter in a sophisticated way has impacted my exposure and success on the Monterey Peninsula in a very positive way.

Before entering Monterey County's real estate market and embarking on the challenge of managing a firm, I spent the last 27 years owning and running my own business with sales ranging from $1.1 million to over $50 million. I've had in-depth negotiating experience for multi-million dollar contracts with both small and multi-national Fortune 500 corporations. I've always embraced technology. I designed and implemented software technology for client care systems that won national awards. Today, I am enthusiastically applying my understanding of technology to this industry and hope to be similarly successful in implementing innovative systems that improve the buyer and seller experience. I also place great value on client care. Constant self-evaluation and help from strategic partners allows me to deliver what my clients commend as remarkable service. I always make myself available and continually improve the service I offer.

Having the good fortune to live and work on the Monterey Peninsula for more than 35 years has given me the opportunity to observe and be a part of the substantial growth within the county. Not many can say they truly enjoy what they do for a living. However, I can because my days consist of working with outstanding individuals to ensure the clients we represent get the best service possible, spending time driving down the coast to experience amazing homes surrounded by magnificent views and natural beauty, and last but certainly not least, I have the freedom to be creative, reach out to the public in innovative ways and connect with people on a personal level. After all, it’s more than just buying or selling a house, it’s helping the client reach the next phase in their life and the opportunity to make new friends every day.
